Majors: Queer Studies/Women's Studies
Gets Down With: Anyone I'm interested in
Picture: ( Read more...Collapse )
I am: such a detail-oriented virgo, compassionate, friendly, outgoing, a person who loves trading mixes, short, genderqueer
I detest: people who don't say what they mean or intend, drama (but somehow it never fails to happen), arrogance, people who complain but never act, ignorance
I am a fan of: The Pixies, Ani Difranco, Sleater-Kinney, Janeane Garofalo, John Waters films, books, comics, comedies, Family Guy, Simpsons, any queer-centered media, femmes, french fries, women's studies, queer studies (as said above)
I am interested in: anything but a serious monogamous relationship, make out buddies, friendships
I am a twenty-year old first-year from San Diego, Ca. I took a couple years off from college because of personal problems, and I'm very happy with Hampshire's academic precedures, (so far). I love going out to concerts, although lately I have no money to. I work at SAGA once a week, as well as with Community Partnerships For Social Change. I'm interested in possibly becoming a well-known activist amongst the LGBTetc. community in the future. As it stands, I'm focusing on getting homework finished before the end of the semester. I recently got out of a serious two-year long relationship. Basically, I'm looking for people to chill with.
Hope everyone is having a great break!

future ambitions: i want to make comic books FOREVER while also designing clothes and inventing things as part of an old-fashioned arts and crafts guild that will operate out of my underground converted barn in saskatchewan...that's the plan right now. really. well, it has been discussed.
likes: music!! esp. something with a beat, singing, drawing, writing, coding, soldering things, graphic novels, going out, staying in, kitties, hair dye, conversations about nothing...
dislikes: heated debate, misunderstandings, arrogance, ARROGANCE...i can't think of anything else.
interested in : dating with the possibility of forming a relationship
- Music:Placebo - Taste in Men (Alpinestars Mix)
Concentration: Photography, Religion, and Creative Writing (all geared towards creating comic books)
Gets down with: the ladies
Picture: ( HereCollapse )
I am: adventurous, entertaining, a relatively good cook, an aspiring comic book writer, a bit of a geek, fearless, prone to speaking in silly voices or shouting absurd things, a moderate pot-smoker and social drinker, quick to open up to people, a good friend, and a pretty good kisser (or so I've been told).
I detest: very little. I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt, and am very good at understanding different perspectives. It takes a lot to get on my bad side. Though I do get annoyed by things like arrogance, pretension, hypocrisy, and indecision. I also hate being bored, so I'm constantly trying to find things to do.
I am a fan of: good beer, down to earth people, laid back times, driving around in the middle of the night with the windows down and the stereo blasting, heavy metal, progressive rock, industrial music, or any musician with talent, weird movies, some anime, comic books (though I haven't picked up a superhero book in ages), variety, conversation
I am interested in: dating and having a good time, in the hopes of possibly building a relationship
Ladies, feel free to contact me on AIM. My screen-name is IsenMike
- Music:The Reverend Horton Heat - Big Sky
Majors: CompSci and Literature
Gets Down With: Women
I am: opinionated, an occasional insomniac, terribly messy, a decent writer and a much better editor, the devil's advocate when I'm not the liberal, a computer, literature, and politics geek, always listening to music, an EMT, an Ultimate player.
I detest: hypocrisy, poor arguments, dancing, drama between friends.
I am a fan of: hard problems, a good book and a hot cup of tea, a drink and a movie on a Saturday night, looking at a blue sky through trees with a pack on my back, penguins!
I am interested in: new friends, new lovers, new significant-others. someone who's not afraid of an argument, the outdoors, or the clothes on my floor. someone who doesn't mind missing the big party on Saturday night.
- Mood:about to sleep-y
